Our Campus Rules
Objective
To clearly define the company’s policy on the important function of guest’s rules & regulations and ensure that this policy is adhered to and implemented effectively.
General Rules
- Guests should carry their personal ID proof at the time of admission. Foreign nationals are required to produce their valid passport and visa.
- At the time of admission, guests must bring the reservation confirmation letter sent by the Centre.
- Check-in time and check-out time are 24 hours.
- Even if the application is cleared for provisional admission, actual admission to the centre will be after a physical examination and may be denied after consultation with the doctors.
- Children below 15 years are not permitted to maintain the discipline of the institution and the concentration of other patients.
- Tariffs, policies, rules, and regulations are subject to change.
- Management reserves the right to make the final and binding decision in case of any disputes.
Reservations & Cancellations
- Frequent amendments in booking dates are not entertained. After one postponement, no further amendments are permitted, and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
- Three clear working days' notice is required in writing for the postponement or cancellation of a confirmed booking; otherwise, forfeiture will apply.
- In case of premature discharge, no refund will be allowed; however, a credit note (amount) will be issued for the balance amount to be utilised. Credit notes will not be issued for any period less than 3 days in balance.
- Guests discharged on account of indiscipline or non-adherence to campus rules shall not be entitled to any refund.
- Booking should be for a minimum of three days. Even if booked for fewer days, charges for three days will apply.
- The right of admission is reserved and non-transferable.
- Accommodation charges are payable from the date of confirmed reservation or the date of admission, whichever is earlier.
Payments
- 20% of the total payable amount in advance must be deposited for booking confirmation, including 10% non-refundable processing charges in case of cancellation.
- Credit/debit cards, online payments, cash, and demand drafts are accepted with an additional fee, if any, as levied by the card provider.
- Laboratory tests, laundry, salons, and other facilities will be charged extra as per the tariff.
- Package tariff includes stay, wellness diet, and basic therapies as prescribed, except for premium/optional therapies, which will be charged extra as per the tariff.
- Pickup and drop facilities are available on a chargeable basis.
- Tariffs, policies, rules, and regulations are subject to change with prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to make the final and binding decision in case of any disputes.
Campus Rules & Regulations (Aimed for a comfortable and result-oriented wellness program)
- Guests are advised to bring their medical and clinical reports for consultation.
- Every therapy and diet has its specific clinical and therapeutic effect, so personal choice is discouraged.
- Therapies will be given only during the specific time and schedule, except in case of emergency. Delay in reporting for therapies may lead to cancellation or shortening of treatment.
- Treatments for women cannot be carried out during menstruation.
- Daily wellness and diet schedules should be followed. Exchange of prescribed diet is strictly prohibited.
- Outside food items, except dry fruits, are restricted. Fruits and supplements will only be allowed after consultation with the doctor.
- Slow-poisoning items like tea, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, any form of tobacco products, and aerated soft drinks are strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones are not allowed during consultation, inside the therapy centre, yoga & kriya sessions, wellness group discussions, and mealtime.
- Self-medication is strictly prohibited. Any form of medication should be under the direction of the concerned doctor.
- Guests are not permitted to leave the premises without the written permission of the doctor.
- Kindly refrain from bringing valuable items. Personal valuable items will be taken care of by the guest at their own risk.
- Minimise the usage of electronic devices during the stay to get the maximum benefit from the wellness program.
- A staff welfare tip box is available for your appreciation, but individual tips are strictly prohibited.
- Wellness food supplements and other therapy-related items are available in our wellness shop.
- Guests are advised to bring comfortable clothing appropriate for the season. Yoga & gym wear, shorts/tracksuits, walking shoes, and swimming costumes are compulsory.
Membership Rules & Regulations
- The right of admission is at the management's discretion.
- Membership is valid for a definite period only and cannot be amended under any circumstances. Non-utilised days will lapse once the membership expires.
- Membership can be availed for a minimum of a 7-day package per person at any given point in time. Even if the member stays for fewer than 7 days, 7 days will be deducted from the total membership days.
- The entitlement of this membership is transferable to anyone who is eligible according to the general rules and regulations in terms of age limit, weight limit, health condition, etc.
- Membership charge is a one-time full payment during registration, after which an agreement letter will be issued.
- The email address of the person with membership will be registered at the Centre. Bookings made via the registered email ID only will be considered. No telephonic or verbal bookings will be entertained.
- Management reserves the right to change the terms of membership from time to time.
- Membership benefits do not apply during special events, blackout days, and festival weeks.
- All reservations should be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance and are valid only subject to availability after receiving the booking confirmation from the Centre.
- Members and guests of members will be allocated rooms on a double-occupancy basis.
